In our first hour, we review the response of US citizens to 2001-09-11 and read The Limits of Revenge and Rhetoric by Tim Wise, calling for a more considered response to the attacks. We then hear a thirteen minute speech from community forum, Asma Barlas, entitled Why do They Hate Us?, from a forum No More Victims held on 2001-09-23. We then play a recording of a rally held on 2001-09-23, we hear Professor Tirawa (?). Following this, Banking on Poverty, the longest episode of Wizards of Money, on predatory lending. We conclude the show with a call to save the Fingerlakes from the gas drilling.
