Vivien Stern

Vivien Stern Born September 1941 (age 83) UK Occupation Prison Reformer

Vivien Stern grew up in UK, and became a lecturer on education. She is now a vocal prison reform advocate and has written several books on penal reform. She became Baroness Stern of Vauxhall in the London Borough of Lambeth in 1999. She has been a member of several UK parliamentary committees and is currently a member of the Parliamentary Joint Committee on Statutory Instruments.
