School of the Americas had become synonymous with terrorism, and could easily be characterized as
School of Assassins. Nowadays it is officially called the
Western Institute for Security Cooperation, abbreviated to
WHISC or
WHINSEC. Snappy. It is a US funded center for training terrorists, which have historically been used a lot in Latin America.
