Peter Dale Scott is a retired English Professor who has carried out careful analysis of state terrorism, and produced many authoritative texts on drug-dealing by CIA, who obstructed the publication of his first book, The War Conspiracy (1972). He was a Canadian diplomat for 5 years.
He has investigated the CIA, political assassinations in US, drug cartels, international crime syndicates and other seldom investigated topics. He coined the phrase "deep politics]" to describe the actual workings of the state, which are ignored by mainstream commentators.
