Operation Hollywood is documentary which follows up on the research by David Robb, into the collaboration between Hollywood and the Pentagon. Films which promote favourable attitudes to the military and to war, or directors who let their script be edited by military 'advisors' are given sometimes millions of dollars worth of assistance in the form of access to military hardware, archive footage etc. to promote their films.
