Lessons from Ladakh is a beautifully shot video produced over about 20 years by Helena Norbert-Hodge, the first non-Ladakhi to become proficient in the language. She has traveled there every year since 1975. The first half of the film depicts the traditional Ladakhi way of life, subsistence farming, and their associated society and cultural heritage.
