Mp4 template is for referencing content videos (not just MP4 format, either).
Example invocation:

Parameters:
|name=Name of the Video
|url=http://... - Link to the video file
|min=# - How many minutes the video is
|author=Author's Name - Will be made into an internal link if a page exists
|subtitles=http://... - reference a subtitle file (Optional)
|transcript=http://... - reference a transcript (Optional)
|fccwarn=1 - Set this to post a warning about FCC safety (Optional)
