Peter Dale Scott is a retired English Professor who has carried out careful analysis of state terrorism, and produced many authoritative texts on drug-dealing by CIA, who obstructed the publication of his first book, The War Conspiracy (1972). He was a Canadian diplomat for 5 years.
He has investigated the CIA, political assassinations in US, drug cartels, international crime syndicates and other seldom investigated topics. He coined the phrase "deep politics" to describe the actual workings of the state, which are ignored by mainstream commentators.
