This centers on the life of Allen Dulles, and observes that, by regularly ignoring orders and effectively following a private foreign policy he became a key figure in the establishment of the US deep state. We shall hear next time how little oversight the CIA was subject to. We conclude with a short interview of Adam Lebor, about his book on the shadowy Bankers' central bank, the Bank for International Settlements (BIS).
